9/16/12 8:33 AM - Strike H2O FLAME ON. 8:47 AM - Strike H2O hits 160 deg. - Grains Added 8:54 AM - MASH IN at 153 deg 9:54 AM - 1 hour mash complete - Temp at 149-150 deg 9:57 AM - MASH OUT - 2.5 gallons boiling H2O added - Temp only up to 164 deg. 10:20 - FLAME ON - Pre-Boil Gravity = 1.042 / Volume = 7.5 gallons 10:34 - BOIL started 11:42 - FLAME OUT OG - 1.053 FG - 1.013 Kegged on 9/30 (Hydro sample tasted very bitter)
