Taste Notes
Reddish amber color. Nice off white head with mild lacing. Definite northern brewer aroma backed by smell of fruity esters. Low bitterness with lingering sweetness. Notable biscuit, bready malt flavor. Malt overpowers bittnerness but aroma spot on. Brew again with less specialty malts to increased perceived bitterness.Notes
