Taste Notes

The kegged portion was tastey, but not so fun to drink. The bottles are just great after 3 weeks. Really enjoying this beer. Spices are right for the bottles.

Notes

Brewed 1/11/2014. Some quantities due to leftovers or lack (Fuggles, Willimette). Didn't plan on this strong, but plugged in liquid and used dry malt. OG1.066 @80deg, just over 5 gal. Color is right. Used about .15Oz peper corns. Comes though. Tastes promising. Kegged 1 gal after 2 weeks. Really promising, but maybe over spiced Bottled 4 gallons on 2/1. FG is 1.014.
