Except for the dry hop, this represent the norhtern brewer recipe more closely than earlier versions.

by PodoThe biscuit malt really gives this beer a unique bready flavor. Closer to an IPA in bitterness than a pale ale. I made this for a party and it was gone in 90 minutes.
