Taste Notes

Sending to Secondary, tasted very hoppy, a bit on the bitter side at the end of the mouthfeel. On tap, first glass tastes very good, lost it's bitterness...this one is a keeper will rebrew again!

Notes

Pulled about about a gallon of wort for Solar canning to spin up yeasts. Added to Secondary 12/22/2012 added Polycar VT
