Taste Notes
Nice up front critrisy hop taste. Grapfruit and slight rasins. Very clean.Notes
This 11gal brew was put into two different fermenter, one with the Super San Diego yeast (Rod) and the other with the Safale 05 (Josh).
Rod's ale was very cloudy after carbonation and fining was tried for a first time. One teaspoon of gelatin finings to 2/3 cup water heated to 150F was simply poured into the corny and let sit for 48 hours. The first pint pulled was very cloudy and was followed by very clear beer. No taste differences could be detected. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
