Taste Notes

Fem1 FG = 1.01, did the fast lager method, after 10 days cold crash 30F for 3 days then rack. Fem2 FG = 1.0?, did the 3 weeks @ 50F, then rack and lager at 32F

Notes

Error in initial hops. Was suppose to be 2 oz Hallertauer at 60. I put in 4 oz, then discovered the error after 5 minutes and dumped the hops out of the hop screen. Instead of 2 oz of Motueka at 30, I reduced it to just 1 oz. The flameout was not changed. Pre pitch reading - 1.056
