dec 16 2014- bittering used 0.5 simcoe by mistake -ferment at 18C (64.4) -next brew distilled -next brew full 5G dec 22 2014 - 1.015 added 1oz simcoe dryhop - 18C dec 26 2014 use hop bag!! fg- 1015 lost apx 0.7 gallons to hop sludge very good not to bitter, very nice, maybe a little more body
