-brewed
21/01/15
-heavier corriander spice than last batch
-can taste less orange peel than previous
-a little more bitter than last batch (hallateur had higher AA)
-up to 20C for diactyl rest
-Turned out very hazy, use 1 TSP corn starch next time in cold water
-Carbonated well
-a little dark as expected
-maybe even 1.5 oz orange peel next batch?
-steep oats in 3Gallons of water not 1
