Taste Notes

Wow! I love this beer! Some people thought the hazlenut flavoring was a bit over the top so you might want to back down the flavoring to 2 ml and experiment for yourself what level is satisfying. However, I am 100% satisified with the recipe. Yummy!

Turned out great. Used Crater Lake Hazelnut Expresso for the flavoring at 7/8 cup per five gallons. My wife's favorite beer so far and a great winter ale.
