Notes

3-18 Brewed with Drew Got good efficiency, over 80%. Interesting though because it's such a small beer that I had to keep sparging long after extraction of all the sugars. Hopefully it doesn't give any astringency from the grain husks 3-29 Kegged, finished with just over 10.5 gal FG ~ 11 First tasting from carbed extra & no dry hops is pretty darn good. Which dry hops am I going to use? 3-31 Only dry hopped one keg of 1oz each Citra and Cascade. Great beer.
