Taste Notes
Missed OG badly. The beer was clean, clear, crisp, and quite light. Tasted decidedly European thanks to the imported malts. Need to drink less on brew days.Notes
A boozy and half-assed brew day. When I checked the mash temp it was on point. Our volumes were where they were supposed to be. The refractometer was only 11 brix after the boil. Not sure why our efficiency would have been that low. Will check FG.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
