Taste Notes

Finishes crisp, hit the nail on the head. Some bottles pour clearer than others, only real flaw. Might be better than the Smagard hops from last year. A keeper. The beer did not keep well. The bottles were increasingly hazy.

Pitched entire 1/2G yeast starter.
