Taste Notes

Really good! Not a modern hop bomb, but hoppy, resiny, and drinkable.

Notes

Easy brew day. Hit or exceeded all numbers. With the grain mill I may have to measure my BIAB efficiency. Pitched 3 cups of starter wort. Tried to hit pitching rate of 50 billion cells. Forgot to add Crystal malt. Steeped in microwave and added to fermenter.
