18 qts of water total. Had a broken thermometer... had to dump about a pint of water out. Infusion Temp 160.5. Need temp in mash tun... should hopefully even out at 149.
45 min mash out at 168f. 13.4 brix pre boil. Feels like I got less than normal pre boil volume. A little less than 3.5 gallons I think...
Fg on hydrometer is 1.065. Fg on refractometer is 1.060?
While leaf hops clogged the system up....
Transferred to secondary on 4/1/15 refractometer reads 7 brix which is a fg of 1.010and an a very of about 6.5%? Plan to dry hop with Oz of Citra I thinkThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
