Taste Notes
tasted after 2 weeks fermentation. Gravity very low -- 1.004. But I pulled out 1/2 gal (growler) of boiled wort to use for conditioning instead of using corn sugar. so volume of beer in fermenter was only 4.5 gal. taste was very nice, crisp. see how it tastes after conditioning in bottles for a few weeks, then a few more. check gravity each time.
taste very good, I'd rate about 32. too much carbonation. next time if full boil method used (BIAB), pull only one quart of wort to kreusen beer for carbonation..Notes
beer was over carbonated, almost bottle bombs. with very careful pouring lost about 1/3 of the beer with foaming. use less wort, or prime with corn sugar next time. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
