Notes

I was going to add 75g of flaked barley to the recipe, but it was infested with lots of little bugs! Fortunately I spotted this before it infected everything else. Some people keep it in the freezer, maybe that is what I should do with the next bag :-( Sad Praun All went very much as planned :-) Ended up with 10l @ 1047. Tastes interesting, looking forward to trying this one.
