Taste Notes
Very smooth cream ale.
London Cream Ale
by sdlareMy very first home brew. Got it through a local home brew store. I was looking for a smooth ale, as I prefer lagers, but I'm not trying that process at this point. The recipe calls for 9 lbs extract, but the store made it 6 lbs. It came out weaker abv, as expected, but good flavor. I'm trying this one again soon, but with the full recipe.
