Notes

Bargh! I had made notes but the computer managed to lose them.
Anway key points
* 6l of water at 80deg C from the kettle was a bit cool - durr the pan is cold
* So I had to warm it on the hob
* However, it ended at 69.70deg so 80 seems to good starting point
* I left it out for a good 40 minutes and it only cooled donw to 62/63
* Still need to sort out a good sparge (thoug the foil works ok), ended up with 9l
* It took about an hgour to go from taking it out of the over to start the sparge to a roiling boil
* Cocked up the order of the hops, and ended up putting in 12g of EKG rather than 8g so it may be a bit bitter
* It took about an hours cooling too (though I wasn't really pushing it)
* Anyway ended up 7.5l @ 1044 @ 26deg (1045 adjusted) (actually nearer 8)
* Want 1040, so adding 1l
* Used safale 04. mmmmm
