Notes

Used 4x90deg kettles and 1x80deg kettle and kept the lid on between times. Ended up just shy of 80deg, so this is probably a good combo.
Still deciding whether to put in the recommended amount of hops or double them up - beersmith has it very bitterness light, but may be that's the way it is supposed to be?
The brew had gone down to 65ish after about 5 minutes, so slammed it in the oven.
The oven was about a steady 70, the brew ended up at 65 - so pretty much bang on
Finsihed at about 1058, put safale 0r in it, as per.

After 5 days put the spice and voddy in. MIxed it in the tall measurer whic was a bit of a mistake as it was difficult to get in the fermenter. Should mix it up in a small stout thing next time (with a spoon to spoon it out.)

Bottled!!
Finished at 1010 @ 16 deg (1009 adjusted), so should be good for 6.3%. Hefty! This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
