29/11/2014 Made as per the instructions, all worked OK, ended at 9l @1036 (adjusted was ~8.3l @26deg @1038) 'nuff said. tasted OK. 18/12/2014 I don't think I put any irish moss in. hmmm. Anyway, ended up at 1011@17deg, brrrrr. 1010 adjusted So should be good for 3.7%
