Notes

01/01/15 Was going to make it with medium darkness crystal malt, but I only had light and dark so I tried it with Brown Malt instead. Water started of just below 80deg (5 kettles), after adding the grain it had gone down to 63, so maybe a little bit too cool. However, will see how it goes. Checked the temp half an hour later and it was 67C ?!?!??! All else went to plan. Ended up with ~7.5l @1046 @26degC (1047 adjusted) Added 1.5l of water, so it should be 1039. Ever slightly stronger than estimated. 12/01/15 Bottling day! Bottled it good and proper with my little bottler. Easy. Final stregth was 1012@16deg (1011 adjusted). Therefore good for about 3.8% ABV. Tastes good, very light in colour and taste. Maybe a bit thin? Maybe some time in the bottle with help round it out. (It's in the purple caps)
