Notes
Held at 150 to 152 for 60 min. Post gravity was 1.028 @ 170 degrees. Og was 1.057. Lots of trub into the fermenter but looks like 2.5 gallons! Everything actually went well. I think I need a better thermometer. ..
1/29/15 yielded close to three gallons. Ended at 1.010. Initial taste is bitter and I can see the potential. Color is light with a small reddish tint. Secondary for a couple days then 4 days dry hopThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
