Notes

Yeast attenuation set to 73.5% to give AA of about 77% for WLP002 at 66C. 457B cells required. 2 stage x 1.8L starter done on 002 vial about 2 months old. Should give ~464B cells. Am not dry hopping this as I want to harvest the yeast.
