used a decoction method again. loved the way the previous beer came out using this method. bottled and kegged on 8/17. smells and tastes good. place in lagering fridge after bottling
1st taste on 9/3. cold conditioned at about 45 degrees, needs to be a little colder I think. Good carbonation and head retention. dark copper color. Bitterness prevailing in aftertaste, but not overly hoppy. may need to mellow a bit.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
