Taste Notes

Judges complained of astringency due to my hard ass local water. My hoppy beers have covered this up in the past, but it really came out in this once I was looking for it. Use soft water next time.

Notes

PR at 118. SR at 152. Preboil 1.040.. Ended right at target @ 155.
