* OG: 1061. FG: 1.016 = 5.8% Brewed 2/17/15. * Dry hop at end of ageing process for final week before serving. * Mash in at 0920. Temp of 151.F. * Vorlof at 1017. * Finished sparge at 1100. * Preboil 12.8 = 1.050. Estmated SG: 15 BRIX @1.060 @ 11.9 Gallons. * Pitched at 1324.
