Notes
Steeped 155 F, 28 minutes
Rinsed grain with hot water from brew kettle.
Boiled as per schedule, added Wyeast nutrients 10 mins before end of boil.
Cooled, strained hops and trub, shook primary, pulled sample, measured 1.072 OG.
