Notes
Wyeast 1217 was much more clear than the 05. I dry hopped the 05 with 1oz Cent and 1oz Galaxy for 4 day. Other 5 gals with the 1217 went to carb for 4 days at 25 psi at keezer temp.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
