Notes

Yeast attenuation set to 75.5% to give AA of about 76-78% for US05 at 67C, don't have any data yet at this mash temp. (Am mashing at 67C as Fyne website says 1038 OG and 3.8% which I am trying to replicate with US05 which I used last time with good results.)
