Taste Notes
1) On the lighter side of colour for an IPA .
2) Smells very strongly of grapefruit, raspberry, strawberry. Slight smell of citrus.
3) Smooth bitterness (put down to first wort hopping). Very good balance for bittering, flavour and aroma hopping.
4) Carbonation is ideal to highlight the aromas.
5) A great recipe and highly recommended. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
