Notes

Pre boil gravity 1.044 @ 6.5 gals. OG 1.060 Made yeaster starter 600ml water 1/2 cup xlight DME Monday 6/4 1:30PM: Put in temp controlled cooler at 68 will drop to 65 after fermentation starts. 6:00PM Started fermneting bubble every 10 seconds, lower temp to 65. Tueday 6/5 7:00AM: Lowered temp to 60, bubling about once a second. Thursday 6/14 2:00PM: Transferred over to secondary.
