Taste Notes

7/1/2015 1.028 unconverted (1.008) Nose: Malty sweet and carmel notes. Blossomy floral. Small piney. Taste: start - Fresh hops, bitterness comes in and moves into mids. Mids - Bitter, somewhat malty. Light mouthfeel. Finishes dry and hoppy. Lingering bitter notes at the end. I like it. 9/23/2015 1.063 74% effeciency Nose is the same. Aroma hops are sutle and the malt base is medium Taste: Start is a light malty tea like as expected. Pretty good bitterness comes in through the mids and finishes bitter and sweet. 10/01/2015 1.030 Unconverted Nose: Bright, Somewhat floral, piney & fruity Taste: Sweet, Too sweet, finishes dry though. Med bitterness. It's an easy drinking full acohol ipa. There's still a lot of apa taste in it. The lingering palate remindes me of orange blosoom water. ------------------------------------------ 6/14/2015 1.060 Bitterness in the front which is good. I really wanted a nice amount of bitterness that wasn't too much or too little. The flavor is very unique and lemony with some pugent grassy flavors. 6/22/2015 1.028 (unconverted) Tasting very good. Aroma is malty which is desired but the mouthfeel is light and refreshing. The bitterness is very nice. Great for an IPA not too much not too little. 10/14/2015 1.030 Aroma is the same bitey-ness and still pretty floral. Almost grapy also (not sure what it is but it's the same as always.) There is a little different bitterness. Finishes off pretty dry which is perfect. It's still a little too hot in alcohol but it's a good beer. Still on the apa side of IPA.

Notes

Removed williamette, and added sonnet for dry hopping. Added Warrior as the bittering hop. Needed a little more umph for and IPA for my tastbuds.
