Notes

This would be pretty neutrally bitter from early magnum and cascade hops. The munich malt adds some malty sweetness which should help to support a citrus note from the late/whirpool hop addition. Check out different hop descriptions for the late hop addition, it can be swapped out easily. I chose Galaxy because it adds a citrus/tropical/passionfruit flavor/aroma. Also notice the Magnum hop, it will be a first wort addition. That means it goes in the kettle as the mash tun drain into it, before the boil. Supposedly, it makes for a smooth bitterness. Just an idea.
