Notes
Used hallertau instead of liberty! 6/27- sg is 1.030. 7/2/07- sg is 1.016- to secondary. 7/23- sg 1.010 to fridge. 8/16/07- sg 1,014 botted. Pinch of nottingham added with priming sugar solution (after it cooled). Taste is a bit "sour" not infected but sour-ish. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
