Notes

Mashed about a degree higher than brewzor recommended. Stirred down to 156. (Swirled strike water more than last session to effectively heat tun) Only collected 3.2 gallons of first runnings, just made up for it with second runnings to no I'll effect. Even checked gravity of runnings (1.019) 7.23, 1.032 Pitched yeast at 4:20pm Krausen by the next morning (1/17)
