Notes

Inspired by Big Wave Golden Ale. Aiming for "Yellow Malty" profile in Bru'n Water. Got distracted 50 minutes into the mash and it got up to 156. Wow, this is my favorite tasting hydrometer sample so far. Honey, pine, citrus and tropical fruit. Very, very light and refreshing.
