OG by refractometer was a bit low of estimated. But it was cold today. Gonna est OG of 1.060 (preboil Gravity was dead on at 1.054).

Dry hopped with 1.5 oz of cascade in each carboy.

Keg labeled #2 sample had a smoother finish and taste than #1.

both lost most hops aroma fast.
