Taste Notes

Tastes like the real deal to me! Just slightly sweeter than Strongbow and just a little dryer than Woodpecker - just right as far as I am concerned.

Notes

32 lbs of apple juice - thats four gallons, right? The apple juice was poured in right on top of the yeast after it was used to make my Saison. The Saison had orange peel and a dash or two of pepper in it.
