Notes

Started with 7.85 gallons at 182 degrees Fahrenheit Sparked in 4.2 gallons at 165 and mashed in at 152 for 60 minutes. Ending mash temperature was 148. Sparged the other water through the grain bed and finished at 5.9 gallons for boil at 140 f. I finished the book with only 4.9 gallons. So I topped it up with about 0.9 gallons of water. This left me a 5.88 gallons going into fermentation.
