Notes
Heated 8 gallons of water to 190 degrees F. Transferred through pump into HLT finished at 182 degrees F and about 7.85 gallons. Gravity fed into mashtun a little over 4 gallons and finished after dough in at 154 degrees F. Temperature drop through mash was 2-3 degrees.
