Taste Notes

Real nice beer, but a little too much carbonated maybe the carbonation of 2.5% was too much, or the fermentation restarted and dropped below the FG of 1,020SG.

Notes

Added 1.5 liter water to the fermentation to get to 18L beer pine tree tops were not used, they contained mould and insect poo
