Taste Notes

Color appropriate. Nice white head with mild lacing. Cloudy, 1450 taking forever to drop out. Nice floral bouquet. Strong citrus / grapefruit taste with slightly sweet finish balanced well by moderate bitterness.

Notes

Initial mash temp 150 degrees. ABV too low for style. Brew same recipe again with lower mash temp (148) to improve efficiency and dry out beer. Try more flocculant yeast.
