Taste Notes
Not quite on-style for a Hefe due to the extra IBUs and a reddish tinge from the oranges. but it's a real crowd-pleaser so who cares.Notes
Zest half the oranges, juice them all. Mix zest with juice and heat to 160F or so, don't boil. Add to primary with wort.
Ferment near the low end of the yeast range to get some yeast character without overwhelming the blood oranges.
