Taste Notes
A-very dark, almost stout but has a ruby red hue.
S-big coffee, dark roast, alcohol sweetness, fruitiness
T-same as nose. slight tannic but perfect. a bit too dry.
M-actually pretty thin considering. tastes very big.Notes
2014
12/20/2013-brewed. Added coffee at end of boil 5Min in muslin bag, used Peruvian Sunrise this year. Chilled and transfered removing the bag of coffee after flameout. Hit 1.088 but only collected 4.6 gallons.
