Spices much like my pumpkin. Add at 15 or 10 min of boil :
Will have mincemeat package on hand to match: Allspice, Nutmeg, Clove. Ginger has been mentioned before.
Secondary spice addition depends on taste and aroma from primary.
Spices: > 1tsp Clove
