Immediate fermentation
After one week, carboy 1 had SG of 1.022, 2 and 3 were at 1.050
Roused carboy 2 and 3 - 6 days later SG 1.030.
Bitterness and hop flavor as hoped.
2 more days, SG @ 1.028. Blended all three carboys into to buckets, dryhopping wth 8oz of Mystery hopsNotes
