Notes

Bryggedag 30/12/14 Mesking gikk greit. Rundt 66C første timen. Falt litt ned på slutten. Ingen krise. Traff OG akkurat (1.064). Volum i fermentor 15L. 2.5 L med bunnfall i kjelen. Pitchet 2 pakker US-05. Gjæring 18-19C under gjæring. Ferdig i løpet av 3 dager. 07/01/15 Overføring til sekundærkar. Ca 12 L. 3 L med bunnfall. FG=1.014. Prøven var gjærete men ellers smakte brukbart. 14/01/15 Tilsatte tørrhumle: 60g citra +30g centennial 21/01/15 Flasket totalt 10 liter. Mye tap til humlegrums, totalt 2 liter tap. Prøven smakte meget lovende.
