Bedre en "orginalen" fra 2012. mye mindre karamellsmak. ingen utpreget julesmak.

Notes

Endring fra sist ( juleøl 2012): - 2,5 kg. mindre cara malt. + 1,6 kg. mer av pilsner malt 5,5 g/L sukker til carbonering ikke for mye kullsyre, bør vurderes å øke sukkermengden til nestegang.
