Notes
Made yeast starter from 2x cups of water and a half a cup of DME at the start of the brew day
mashed in at 64.4* with 18L
Did 2x batch sparges of 16L at 76*
took sample and cooled down to 20* then took reading 1.033
Added first hops at the 90min mark (start of boil) 39g's of Ella
Added second hops 20g's of Ella and whirlflok at 15mins
Added third hop addition at flame out 30g's of Ella
Cooled wort and took reading 1.042
transfered the wort to a fermenter and poured in the yeast starter that looked like it was fermenting already.
put it in storage room with blanket around fermenter room stays around the 18* mark
Added dry hops after 6 days 14g's of Ella and 14g' of citra as i ran out of Ella.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
